Lettre du 29 juillet 1740 (de Venise): “Abbiam quì il Sig. Dr. Bianchi di Rimino, il quale mi disse di aver comprato per cento doppie il Museo di medaglie, e di altre curiosità del fu Sig. Gervasoni unitamente coi libri appartenenti ad esse. Mi è riuscito di acquistar per cambio d’altre medaglie da esso alquante d’argento e rame spettanti ai Re della Siria e dell’Asia, che io veramente desiderava di avere, e tra esse ancora una di Todi conservatissima di picciola grandezza, e questa è la prima, che di tal genere mi sia capitata.
