28 Febr. 1722 (from Paris): “Je remarque que le plâtre se brise facilement, la cire d’Espagne se conserve mieux. Je compte que la prochaine fois que vous me ferez l’honneur de m’écrire, vous me ferez la grâce d’en mettre deux ou trois exemplaires en cire d’Espagne” et “Quelques mois avant que le Supplément paroisse, je ferai imprimer un avis principalement pour les pays voisins qu’il importe d’avoir cinq ou six planches avec les couleurs, et que ceux qui voudront les avoir pourront s’adresser à un tel enlumineur qui le fera à peu de frais” (Capitaine 1855, no. 25).
