Lettre sans date ni lieu (mai 1680?): "[...] Massimino. Già le scrissi che sono turbati e confusi gli anni di questo ed altri. Nelle medaglie di S. A. S. si legge; Imperator Maximus Pius Augustus P. M. Tr. P. II. Cos. P P. in altra: Maximinus Pius Augustus GERM. ec. Tr. P. HI. Cos. P. P. sicché il titolo di Germanico gli fu dato o nel fine dell’A. 236. o nel principio del seguente. Io non ho l’Occone, nè il Goltzio, co’quali ella si regoli in caso che vi siano medaglie della TR. P. II. col titolo di Ger. [...]" (Noris 1741, lettre XV, col. 49).
