-Lettre du 17 décembre 1754 (de Madrid) : “El libro de Mariana ya le dige a Vd. que no podía estraviarle, porque quando menos se piensa, sirve... Si esse caballero me envía las dos monedas de Sacili, y de Mérida, que le dió el escribano Estrada, me privaré del, y se le regalaré, fiado yo a la suerte y actividad el buscar otro » ; “Saldrá el libro de las Colonias y Municipios si el Rey me ayuda costeando las Láminas, sobre que tengo ya formado el Memorial, y se presentará al tiempo de darle el tomo XII [de la España Sagrada]” (Madrid, Real Academia de la Historia, Mss. 9/7564 ; Campos 2002, p. 57-58; Campos 2010, p. 10-11, 18).
