Lettre du 2 janvier 1575 (de Bologne): Basso a payé à Fulvio Orsini six scudi d’or pour une fausse de Néron: "Serenissimo mio Signore, Mando con questa mia a Vostra Altezza Serenissima due medaglie di brongio, l’una esterna e molto bizarra per essere di Nerone con rovescio di Faustina sacrificante, che credere si può, che alcuni populi della Grecia Magna devoti a questi due principi la facessero coniate nel tempo di Faustina. Questa medaglia ho io avuto per sei scudi d'oro dal Signor Fulvio Orsino. L'altra è di Domiziano con iscudi militari per rovescio e costa due scudi. Desidero che li sia cosa in sodisfacione di Vostra Altezza alla quale devotamente mi raccomando."
