-Lettre du 7 août 1660 (de Rome) : « Riceverà Vostra Altezza Serenissima qui congionta una medaglia d’oro di Vespasiano molto rara, non tanto per la restitutzione di Traiano, quanto per il riverso, e perchè il padrone di essa ne aveva sei altre, quali già Vostra Altezza ha nella sua serie, per non fargliele dupplicare inutilmente, ho stimato meglio pagar questa qualche poco di più et prenderla sola, che intrigarsi con sei altre che a Vostra Altezza non servano » (Firenze, ASF, Carteggio d’artisti, VIII, f° 696 ; M.
