-Lettre du 3 nov. 1668 (de Rome) : « Rendo le più umilissime grazie che posso a Sua Altezza Reverendissima delli denari per la medaglia di oro et del campanello, et a Vostra Signoria resto con infinito obligo del favore che mi ha fatto. Delli disegni che si devono fare monsignor de’Massimi che già ha fatto disegniare et colore di pastelli di grandezza di un palmo, ha pagato al signor Pietro Santi, due scudi il pezzo. … Antonio Bancherotto mi ha consegnato, per mandare a Vostra Altezza Reverendissima, una medaglia di oro di Caligula rarissima, l’ha pagata 5 scudi, ne vuol sei, altra medaglia di oro con la testa di Jesu Cristo con lettere Jesus Cristo, ha di roverso due imperatori Miche e Teofilo ; altra piccola medaglia d’oro, mi par ionica, ne vuol 4 scudi » (Florence, vol.
