-Lettre du 23 janvier 1700 (de Turin) : sur un catalogue resté inédit de la collection de la comtesse de Verrua : « L’Amico o Heroina che è andata a Parigi (la comtesse de Verrua, née Luynes) ha portato seco il mio primo tomo della spiegazione delle sue medaglie in fol. reali, carattere rosso e nero ; la spiegazione in francese : fatto con una metodo facilissima e chiara, con una cronologia esatta, rimarcando alla margine ancola rarità delle medaglie et il confronto delle medaglie negli autori, opus duobus annorum ; dovevo farne altri due tomi, ma il buon vento m’ha levata l’occasione : non ne ho ne meno copia. Si stamperà ma vi sono molte cose da correggeri (sic) : quae emendaturus si licuisset eram.
