-Lettre du 15 octobre 1721 (de Modène) : « Amico Carissimo, Portandosi costà il P. Maestro Domenicano, ho stimato bene inviarvi per di lui mezzo le medaglie in tutto 459, cioè d’oro n.ro 5, d’argento n.ro 56, e di metallo n.ro 398. Si è avuto avviso dal R.mo di Bologna, esser stato deciso dal P. Presidente di lasciare venire i libri a Modena, purché questo Monistero abbia la licenza di tenere nella Libraria libri proibiti per ottenere la quale si è scritto al R.mo Proc.re G. Le, circa poi a Manuscritti, nell’andare a levare detti libri, venuta che sarà la licenza, si spediranno a Roma ; vi prego di levare le scritture di S.
