-Lettre du 10 juillet 1705 (de Hannovre): “Hickesii opus expecto avide, et Domino Andreae Fontano Equiti aliquot Anglo-Saxonicos nummos transmisi ex Swarceburgici Comitis musaeo ichthyocolla expressos, sed non didici an acceperit. [I wait impatiently for Hickes’s Work, and I transmitted to Sir Andrew Fountaine Knt. some Anglo-Saxon Coins from Count Swartzeburgh’s Library, exactly taken in Water-Glue; but I have not learnt whether he has received them.] (Leibniz, Sämtliche Schriften Reihe I, Band 24 (Berlin, 2015), Letter 434, p. 776–81 at 780; Shelton 1735, translated by M.
