-Lettre du 27 septembre 1683 (de Londres): He says S. is right to think well of Mabillon. The French academy will not be protected, in future and may collapse. […] A friend has drawn all the royal medals, but money is needed, and he sends S. an example to enlist his support and that of others. All the royal medals have been moved to Versailles where they cannot be easily viewed. The French dictionary has got as far as IN. (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS Smith 46, f° 355-356).
