-Lettre du 12 décembre 1729 (d’Amsterdam): ... He is getting to the end of his troubles over the Sicilian journey, the draft of which he will ask O. to criticise. It only remains to deal with certain coins and inscriptions. The bronze plates will have to be sent to Leyden to be printed. (Oxford, Bodleian Library, MS D’Orville 490, f° 94-95).
