Lettre du 17 mai 1701 (d’Edinburgh): '[Thanks him for receipt of a box of seeds] … I thank you for minding your friends to enquire after medals. I shall take all possible pains to Collect Scotch pieces for you, and am now and then getting some both of Gold and Silver.
