-Lettre du 22 mars 1763 (de Rome): „Wünschten Sie das königliche Münz-Cabinet genau zu sehen, so verlangen Sievom mir ein Schreiben an den Herrn Abbé Barthelemy Garde du Cabinet du Roi: Sie müssensich aber vorher erkundigen, ob er nicht aufs Land gehet, wie gewöhnlich. Ich bin zwar versichert, man wird Ihnen allenthalben mit Höflichkeit zuvorkommen, aber ich wäre bezierig, auch durch mich Ihnen nüsslich zu seyn“ (Rehm II 1954, n° 545, p. 300; Callataÿ 2007, p. 597).
