-Lettre du 2 septembre 1790 (de Vienne) : “Die Ausarbeitung meiner Ars critica numaria macht immer ihre Vorschritte, u(nd) vielleicht bin ich im künftigen Jahre im Stande, den Druck anzufangen. Bey einem Werke, das sich in so viele Gegenstände theilt, ist das schlimmste, daß, je mehr man sich dem Ende zu nähern glaubt, man noch desto mehr zu bearbeiten vorfindet.
