-Lettre du 17 mai 1740 (de Sevilla) : «la nómina de las monedas que recogí después de la otra que le remití, no he podido explayarme sobre sus representaciones y así digo de ellas poco y malo confiado que alcanzará fácilmente toda su grande inteligencia, también sigue a ella la lista de treinta y tres monedas duplicadas que ofrezco enteramente a su disposición, y me alegrara que fuesen todas perfectas para que tuviese yo la satisfacción de servirle, en el interim espero merecer igual nómina de las que Vmd tiene, y muchos preceptos de su agrado a cuya obediencia me repito con fino afecto…» (Sevilla, Biblioteca Capitular y Colombina, BCC 59-3-44, f° 50-51; Salas Alvarez 2008, p. 159).
