Lettre du 24 avril 1726 (de ?): “La consaputa medaglia d’oro in Domiziano è buona, ma credo possa tenersi in conto di manco rara che quella del Vaillant, alla quale si da qualche pregio dalla leggenda, COS . II nel rovescio, per esser questa leggenda appunto meno usitata ne rovesci, che ne dritti, sui quali anzi par egli che siesi costumato di porre la memoria de Consolati. Considerando dunque per non molto rara, crederei potesse valere circa un Filippo oltre l’impostura dell’oro.
