-Lettre du 2 octobre 1636 (d’Aix) : « J'ai reçu de la Syrie quelques inscriptions d'entre les villes de Sidon et de Tyrus où les empereurs Sévère et Antonin s'étaient délectés de réparer les chemins, en conséquence des soins que Severus avait pris de restaurer la ville de Tyrus et d'y faire imposer son nom de famille qui se voit en quelques médailles COL.
