30 June 1623 (from Paris): “non hanno mancato hoggi doppo pranzo li SSi Altino et Tristano di venir dal Sr Brosse a vedere le medaglie restanti, et che non lor mancava voglia di comprare al meno la seria grande di rame, se il prezzo non fosse stato tanto alto, havendone offerito 20 s. del pezzo, et mostrato che sarebbono arrivati a 30 sol. ma di pagarle ad un scudo l’una non pareva loro a proposito sendocine un si gran numero che arriva a 58 fra le quali molte sono di rovveschio molto commune et di poco pretio, et forzi che a 20 ss. l’una pigliarebbero bono ogni cosa, il che arriverebbe a 270 b, ch’e un terzo manco della tassa del S.
