Lettre du 21 septembre 1635 (d’Aix-en-Provence, à Thunis), p. 155: "Je reçus au commencement du mois passé votre lettre du 18 juillet accompagnée d’une médaille de bronze de l’empereur Hadrien avec le revers d’une galère et une cage où il y avoit un fort beau caméléon, dont je vous ai une très grande obligation, après tant d’autres" (Carpentras, minutes, Registre A, f° 371; Tamizey de Larroque 1898 vol. 7, lettre LXI, p. 155-158).
