-Lettre du 22 déc. 1668 (de Rome) : F. réitère sa demande du médaillon de Philippe, puis: « Ho sentito dal Bancherotto ch’egli per mezzo dell’Agostini ha mandato a V(ostra) A(ltezza) alcune bellissime medaglie d’oro et a questo proposito stimo mio debito di ricordare a V(ostra) A(ltezza) il mandar qua una copia della sua serie d’oro acciò, capitando delle medaglie si possa più accertatamente sapere quelle che mancano al suo studio...» (Firenze, ASF, Carteggio d’artisti, X, f° 226; Giovannini 1984, p. 228, lettre 119).
