Qui sunt in mea custodia sic notantur ... his plura adiicerem, nisi te multo antiquiora habere viderem. de his igitur satis.' ['Ancient coins follow, which are dug up here, and are partly in my keeping and partly in that of friends. If they may be of use to you or Mr Cotton, I will very willingly share them. This is taken to be a letter by Burnett 2020b, p. 140 because of the nature of the contents, but there is no indication of addressee or of date. That the author was Bainbrigg is suggested by the fact that the MS looks like other papers in the same part of the volume that have been attributed to him. Many of the notes seem to be intended for Camden. (en)
