Lettre du 20 mai 1577: "Tres medallas me han enviado de Çaragoça alladas en Vililla, adonde estava la antiga Celsa, y la una dellas tiene las mismas letras de otras que ha escrito otras veces: C. C. A ., que V. S. I. dezía que podrían dezir Colonia Calagurris Augusta. Paréçeme que podrán decir Colonia Celsa Aug., pues Tolomeo llama Colonia a Celsa, según refiere Onufrio Panvino en lo que escrive de las Colonias. No le parece bien esta interpretatión a Çurita, porque dize que ha visto medalla con letras muy claras Colonia Celsa Julia . A mí no me pareçe inconviniente que tenga los dos nombres de Julia y Augusta, pues en diversos tiempos se le pudieron dar. V. S. I. verá lo que mejor le pareçiere. Çurita aguarda la censura y su libro con mucho desseo." (Barc. 94, f. 73r-75r)
