-Lettre du 15 décembre 1747 (de Smyrne): Abstract: He reports that Mr. Aiken has returned from Athens with many antiquities, i.e., busts, inscriptions, bas-reliefs and collations of MSS. of Theocretus from the Vienna library, which he will be pleased to hand to you.
