They doubtless allude to ''Vota suscepta pro salute Imperatoris'' which were ''Quinqennalia, Decennalia, Vicennalia &c''. & MVLTIS is put for MVLTIPLICATIS & signifies ''Votis decennalibus multiplicatis in vicennalia'' or perhaps is not a contraction but signify y^t some of y^e ''Vota'' were ''decennalia'' & many [MVLTIS] ''vicennalia''.
