'Dr. Sherard came, & said that although the Archbishop of Canterbry ha's offer’d to trat with him [Sherard] for those old Coins which still remain in his [Sherard’s] Possession; (he having sold many already to the D. of Devonshire, & the Earl of Penbroke [sic]); my Lord [Harley] may have them if he please's at his own price.'
