Lettre du 23 mars 1724 (de): Bockleth was not convinced and did not hesitate to tell Bessel so. In his opinion, the curiosities were not worth more than 120 Reichstaler and the books not more than 80, although he would offer only 60. (Library of Götweig Abbey Cod. 691 188r–189v; Mayer 2020).
