Grand documentOriginal passage from the "Grand document".
Asks Sherard to send him several coins he was 'missing', including silver coins of Demetrius Poliorcetes, Mithradates, Nicomedes and Ariarathes; bronzes of Aquillia Severa, Julia Maesa and Mariniana, all rare Empresses of the 3rd century; late Roman bronzes of Marius, Magnia Urbica, Romulus and Decentius; ‘uno o due Tiberj in gran bronzo’, Diadumenian and Didius Julianus. He adds 'Io gle Li farei vendere subito, perchè so, a chi mancano.' (Royal Society, MS 255/597; Burnett 2020b, p. 968)
