6 février 1749 (Florence): "Ricevei dal signor Stefano Rosselli, Depositario Fiscale, numero tremila quattrocento settantanove monete antiche d'argento della classe delle medaglie dette di famiglie romane, parte denari e parte quinarii, molte delle quali sono macchiate di color di verderame o d'altro rugginoso o scuro e mal conservate. Le quali disse essere state ritrovate nel vicariato di San Miniato al Tedesco nel popolo di S. Lucia a Scrotolino" (Firenze, Biblioteca degli Uffizi, ms. 84; Fileti Mazza - Tomasello 1996, p.
