'At the Duke of Devonshire’s to deliver him the three medals which I had collected for him. Presented his Grace with the small silver medal of Q. Elizabeth ‘Afflictorum conservatrix’ & the six pence of Lord Baltimore’s (duplicates which I have had by me some time) which he received obligingly. .... At Pinchbeck’s. Ordered a couple of his medals in silver for the D. Devonshire.' (Burnett 2020b, p. 1644)
