'Mr. Whiteside of ye Muse'um call'd upon me to-day in the forenoon, and shew'd me a large copper Coyn of Crispina, Wife of Commodus: CRISPINA AVGVSTA, Crispina cap. On the Reverse, CONCORDIA S C, fig. muliebris sedens, d. pateram, sin. cornucopia [sic]. Found at Bletchingdon. Mr . Whiteside borrowed it of Mr. George Wigan of Xt Church.'
